How we use AI on this site

RealEstate AI articles are written with artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) from our own working notes: project diaries, internal rules, recorded mistakes. Every article says so at the bottom.

Before publication every text goes through two checks. The first removes any name of a person, client or property. The second extracts the verifiable claims — figures, dates, rules — and checks them against sources: if one does not hold, the article does not go out.

Twice a week a new article is written and published on its own by our autopilot, with no human review: it goes out only if every verifiable claim is confirmed on the web and the privacy review is clean. The bottom of the article says so, with the number of claims checked. If the check fails, nothing goes out that week.

The tax and legal rules we mention are explanations, not advice: rules change and every case has its own details. A real decision needs a professional who knows your situation.

We do it this way because it is how we work everywhere: AI does the heavy lifting, we write the rules and the checks. And because, from 2026, transparency about AI-generated content is also a European obligation.
